About the Course
This 25-hour intensive satisfies Colorado's single non-waivable licensure requirement and stands as the ethical and regulatory foundation of Changa Institute's Colorado facilitator training. Drawing on three decades of ethics pedagogy, live case analysis, and the InnerEthicsĀ® framework developed by faculty member Kylea Taylor, M.S., LMFT, this course prepares facilitators to navigate the most complex terrain of this work: power, vulnerability, consent, and right relationship, with precision, not instinct. Whether you are completing the full Changa Colorado certification or entering through an accelerated pathway as a licensed clinician, legacy healer, or endorsed out-of-state facilitator, this course meets you where your training ends and your judgment must begin.
